Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Mindra platform and services (the "Service"). It is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms. Violation of this AUP is a material breach and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not, and may not permit any third party to, use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws;
- Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Store, transmit, or generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise tortious material, or malicious code or malware;
- Engage in phishing, spamming, denial-of-service attacks, or other fraudulent or criminal activity;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them;
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or other security assessments of the Service without our prior written consent;
- Support any nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missile proliferation activity, or any high-risk use where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
2. Restrictions on the Software
Except as expressly permitted in the Terms, you may not:
- Sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service, or provide it on a service-bureau or timeshare basis;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or attempt to derive its source code or underlying algorithms, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or publish benchmark results, without our prior written consent;
- Use the Service to develop or train a competing product or service; or
- Exceed the scope of the license granted in the Terms or circumvent any usage limits or technical restrictions.
3. Prohibited Data
You may not configure the Service to collect or process the following without our prior written agreement and appropriate safeguards:
- Social security numbers or other government-issued identification numbers;
- Health information, biometric data, genetic data, or payment/financial account information;
- Any data relating to a person under the age of 13; or
- Any other data subject to special regulatory or contractual handling requirements (for example, PCI DSS or similar data security laws).
4. Responsible Agent Use
Because the Service can take real-world actions on your behalf, you must define appropriate scope, permissions, and guardrails for any agent you authorize to act, including agents that affect communications, advertising spend, financial accounts, or other connected systems. You are responsible for the actions your agents take and for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
5. Reporting and Enforcement
Please report suspected violations or security issues to info@mindra.co. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.
