What counts as the spend you manage?

The ad budget on the channels you hand to Mindra. If Mindra runs $200k a month across Google, Meta and TikTok, the fee is 5% of that, so $10k. Channels you keep running yourself don't count.

Why not charge on the spend you add?

Accepted Answer

So we never have a reason to tell you to spend more. Mindra doesn't sell ads, and our fee doesn't grow when your budget does, so we can tell you to cut a channel when your numbers say so.
